Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders.
There are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout for reference only
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment
- You can follow your order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volume periods
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Cookie Pie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
- Cookie Pie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- If an order is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
- Cookie Pie is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
- We are happy to assist with providing tracking information if needed
Shipping Changes
Requests to change a shipping address or delivery details after an order has been placed:
- May not be possible once the order is processed
- May result in additional charges
- May cause delivery delays
